For me, this book was a mess... A handful of concepts about living in the now... Surrounded by various religious catch phrases. Not incorrect so much as drastically simple and incomplete.
I do not recommend this book... Better to read Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance

Hi Francisco,What I was trying to say in my original review was that I did not find anything incorrect... just did not think the philosophy had any "depth". In other words, I expected more!!! So... what did you think of the book??
