I couldn't finish this book. I am so open to books on spirituality and enjoy books by authors from different backgrounds but unfortunately, after stating that this book would not be religious based, it constantly refers to the bible as though the assumption is that most readers would be well versed with the bible and would be approaching his ideas with that as their spiritual basis and background. This totally lost me and attempts to make relevant connections went over my head. Very disappointing!!
